Meet Our Team

Christianne Cardriche, LMFT

Christianne’s approach to therapy includes but is not limited to holistic, humanistic, Jungian, CBT, and family systems theory.

I specialize in supporting clients as they navigate a variety of life experiences, including personal growth, relationship dynamics, the mind-body connection, trauma and resilience, life transitions, and identity exploration.

My approach to therapy focuses on creating a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to your needs, we might explore mindfulness techniques to enhance self-awareness, examine past experiences to uncover patterns, or use tools like journaling and reflective exercises to deepen insight. I place a strong emphasis on holistic well-being, considering how emotional, physical, spiritual, and cultural aspects of your life are interwoven. Whether you’re seeking to heal from the past, overcome present challenges, or grow into your most authentic self, I am here with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to help guide your journey.

I work with clients who are managing anxiety, mild depression, stress-related issues, and those recovering from childhood trauma and abuse. I also support survivors of domestic violence, empty nesters and retirees adjusting to new life stages, and young adults transitioning into independence and adulthood. My work includes helping parents navigate the challenges of raising children—especially adolescents—as well as individuals coping with loss, toxic relationship patterns, and long-term illnesses. I also provide space for those healing from church hurt, processing cultural identity struggles, or integrating spirituality as part of their healing process.

My journey into therapy is rooted in my own lived experience. Having navigated trauma, raised children as a single parent, and supported my son through his battle with cancer, I developed a profound empathy for others walking through life’s challenges. These personal experiences have shaped my heart for helping others—whether they’re facing emotional, spiritual, or relational pain—and they fuel my belief that healing and growth are always possible.
