We provide support for individuals, couples, and families, and are dedicated to serving clients from diverse racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds, including Black, African American, and those from various communities.

  • If you're new to therapy, you may have questions about what it involves. At Emmada Psychology Center, individual sessions typically last 45 minutes.

    During the first few sessions, we'll focus on getting to know you and understanding your concerns. While the initial sessions may not resolve all issues, our goal is to help you leave with a sense of hope and relief, knowing you've taken the first step. Therapy is a collaborative process, requiring effort from both you and your therapist. Reaching out is the first step toward positive change.
