Licensed Clinical Associate (Independent Contractor)

Emmada Psychology Center is seeking motivated, licensed clinical psychologists to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to work with culturally diverse clients in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Duties:

• Provide testing, assessments, and psychotherapy services to clients.

• Meet a minimum monthly revenue target of $2500 (approximately 6 client sessions per week).

• Adhere to legal, ethical standards, and Emmada policies.

• Attend one quarterly staff meeting.

• Maintain client files and follow ethical client care transfer procedures when leaving.

• Keep valid licensure with the appropriate board (e.g., CA Board of Psychology).

Compensation:

• 60% of the first $3000 in monthly fees collected.

• 70% of any amount over $3000, up to $12,000.

• 80% of fees collected over $12,000.

Qualifications:

• Valid CA Clinical Psychologist licensure.

• Experience in outpatient therapy and clinical assessments.

• Strong recommendations and willingness to assist with marketing outreach.
