Fees: Please contact us to discuss fees for the services we offer. A sliding scale is available. For your conveinence, you can pay online through PayPal or by using your debit or credit card in session.


Insurance:
We only take Anthem Blue Cross or Lyra insurance and we can also provide documentation for your PPO provider if you would like to use cash and submit reimbursement for out of network benefits. Please call us to verify your insurance benefits.

This ensures that issues of confidentiality are maintained. Often, third party reimbursement (insurance) may not be in the best interest of the client. Specifically:

1. All of your information, including diagnosis, may be processed in an electronic system accessible by others, and may be used in the future in a legal, professional, or adverse way.
2. Often insurance companies authorize a limited number of sessions even if you and your therapist believe that you may require more sessions. In such situations, your insurance company can determine the level of care you receive based on the policies of your managed care plan.

3. Several managed care plans will not cover adjustment issues, including life transitions, couples counseling, family conflicts or other issues that they determine are not “medically necessary”. Please contact us so we can help you inquire about your coverage. We will ask your insurance company the following questions on your behalf:

  • How much does the plan cover for an out-of-network provider?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • How many sessions per calendar year does the plan cover?
